With almost 20 years’ experience in traffic engineering and transport planning in Australia and abroad, Luke is a Principal Traffic Engineer and Transport Planner with specialist skills in traffic and transport modelling, development and town centre master planning, traffic analysis, public transport planning, active transport, road safety, impact assessment and integrated transport planning. He is a highly experienced project manager completing a number of traffic and transport projects ranging in size and complexity.
