Our Management Team

Bitzios Consulting has almost 50 professionals working continuously in the fields of traffic engineering, transport planning and traffic modelling.

Our team includes accredited road safety auditors, specialist strategic and simulation modellers, road and intersection designers, GIS specialists, planners and engineers. We also have a number of staff with accreditation to create Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Control Plans.

Our approach to staff development is to expose as many staff as possible to as many aspects of traffic engineering and transportation planning as possible; providing a broad base of skills and experience to solve technical challenges in a holistic way as their careers evolve. Our project managers start early, learning the fundamentals of client service, the importance of communication frequency and ensuring that precision and quality are at the forefront of everything they do.

This “on the job” training and development program has resulted in most of our staff having technical and project management skills well beyond what would be expected as an industry standard for the years of experience that they have, enabling us to provide exceptional value for money for our clients.
