About Us
Bitzios Consulting was formed on the Gold Coast in 2003 by its sole director, Damien Bitzios. Since that time the firm has grown rapidly to nearly 50 staff with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast and projects throughout Australia.
We have a customer-orientated, small business philosophy but with the quality and breath of skills and resources to rival our larger competitors. As specialists working exclusively in the traffic engineering, transportation planning and related fields, our staff quickly develop their skills and are typically experienced across all aspects of the business.
Our rapid growth has been attributed to our business approaches of:
- being solution-orientated and having a genuine desire to solve our clients problems;
- working closely with our clients and understanding their pressures and desires as these change throughout a project; and
- providing value for money by working smarter and with a much lower overhead structure than many of our larger competitors.
As more and more of our competitors are being absorbed by large multinationals, we continue to provide specialist advice responding quickly with the best interests of our clients and their projects in mind. This small business, “personal service” approach but with the technical expertise rivaling the larger firms is what sets Bitzios Consulting apart.
